Our client, a prestigious City Investment company who provides financial specialism to a wide range of clients globally are looking for a proactive experienced PA who is keen to provide outstanding support, by developing their business knowledge to support to the Head of Health and their team

Responsibilities

  • Diary Management:
  • Arranging events and meetings
  • Acting as a "gatekeeper"
  • Anticipating and proactively resolving issues in advance e.g. conflicting meetings
  • Arranging global travel. Working in various time zones and preparing itineraries
  • Accurately typing/amending a range of documents and composing routine correspondence
  • Building good working relationships with secretaries, clients, and internal senior management
  • Working closely with the other secretaries within the division to provide cover
  • Providing admin support to the team by processing expenses and client invoices
  • Maintain the teams holiday and sickness records
  • Undertaking specific projects as requested


Experience and Skills

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a PA who is looking to get involved with clients and be a proactive support to the Head of Business
  • Previous PA experience with in Financial Services is essential. (health experience would be an advantage)
  • Experience of organising global travel and dealing with time zones are a must
  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and confident communication skills to build relationships with clients / internal staff ./ senior management team and their PA's
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to act with good judgement
  • Self-motivated, highly productive, reliable with a flexible attitude
  • Service orientated - both to internal clients (bankers) and our external clients.
  • Ability to work with limited direction and develop a thorough knowledge of the organisation

Salary up to £42,500K (dependant on experience) plus Bens
