Personal Assistant / Receptionist | £35K | West London
My Client are a Global Accountancy firm with 5 offices across London, on the hunt for a Front of House Receptionist & PA to support them on a 12 Month FTC. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers on a daily basis and to undertake a range of administrative tasks.
The Role
- Managing calls received via telephone switchboard system quickly (within 3 rings) and efficiently
- Where appropriate, checking and setting answer phone facility
- Greeting and welcoming guests/clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Monitoring movements of key personnel (to know whether in or out of the office)
- Invoicing for the Partner
- Managing car park spaces
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Booking outgoing couriers and logging courier receipts

- Displaying excellent standard of English, both written and spoken
