Job description

An excellent opportuinity for an experienced PA to support the Head of Operations and their team in providing an well organised and professional support

Duties :-

  • Typing of reports and correspondence
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, briefing papers and presentations for meetings/conferences as required
  • Assistance with a variety of projects within the Department as required
  • General department administrative tasks and projects as arising
  • Distribution of postPhotocopying, filing and scanning
  • Completion of expenses for submission to Finance
  • Minute taking
  • Departmental stationary organisation, ordering and purchasing
  • Recording of department holiday and sickness dates, study

Essential Requirements

  • Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at advanced level
  • Secretarial experience within a commercial environment
  • Be able to communicate with staff at all levels
  • Develop good working relationships with colleagues and work effectively as part of a team
  • Be personable and presentable
  • Be pro-active and able to work on own initiative
  • Have good organisation skills with a methodical approach to their work and a good level of accuracy

Location: City

Hourly Pay Rate: £14.00 - £18.00 plus holiday pay
