Our client a global Insurance company based in the City, has a new and rare opportunity for 2 x Part-Time Receptionists to join this expanding company
The successful applicants will work Monday to Friday, either am (9:00-12:15) or pm (12:15 - 5:00) and be able to cover holidays and sickness
Front desk duties include:

Meeting and Greeting clients / visitors with a friendly and professional manner
Answering the phones and filtering calls to internal staff
Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments, stationary and basic IT.
Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
Providing a 4* customer service
Some adhoc admin duties will be required
Previous experience desirable
Excellent communication skills are a must
Salary £14K plus benefits
