Job description

You've been stuck as a Personal Tax Manager for a good couple of years now. You can't see how you're going to be able to get to Senior Manager as the team above you is so structured. Even when you do get to Senior Manager how long is it going to take until you're promoted to Director? 5... 10... 15 years?!

If the above really resonates with you then I want to speak to you about a top 30 firm that I'm currenlty working closely with who really invest in their employees. The training and support will be provided to ensure you are able to get to where you want to be. All they ask in return is that you show the dedication and drive consistently to get there. Ideally, you'll want to be a Partner in the not too distant future.

Right now you'll be overseeing the workload of a handful of Tax Juniors and you'll want to continue doing so. Your compliance to advisory split will be about even, but this role means it'll be more advisory heavy moving forwards.

The company culture itself is very much work hard, play hard. With regular social events you'll also get the opportunity for flexible working, promoting the work-life balance you desire.
