An exciting opportunity has become available working as an Portfolio Lead for a well-established Advertising Agency. This role offers hybrid working.

As the Portfolio Lead you will provide knowledge and insight that informs the future direction of the portfolio and educates the teams across the business Including the Marketing, sales and operations. You will also ensure delivery and ensure effective collaboration across the Company.

Key Responsibilities for the Portfolio Lead:

• Generating and assessing viability of new conference ideas

• Identifying the right audience and supporting the development of marketing plan

• Market Mapping - understanding opportunities in sponsorship, identifying target markets as well as unique selling points to drive projects and events.

• Understanding competitor landscape

• Identifying key stakeholders and partners and relationship management

• The ability to write in depth content in a range of formats

• Stakeholder management - manage speaker and scheduling

• Control the portfolio P&L

• Oversee aspects of delivery and operations

Desirable Skills:

• Good desk based and telephone knowledge and experience

• Good awareness- Keep up to date with broader developments in the sector

• Build understanding of the activities of the business in the UK and internationally

• Develop strategic awareness

• Identify gaps in the market for the business to explore.

• Experience within the events and conference space

• Market Mapping knowledge

• Exposer or knowledge in the Finacle sector would be preferred but not essential

This is a permanent position paying £55k with a OTE £85K + Hybrid working based in City of London.
