Job description
An excellent opportunity for a Post Room Clerk to work within this global Investment company based in the City
Main duties will be to
- Provide an excellent customer service to all internal staff and external suppliers
- Providing an efficient and reliable postal service globally
- Liaise with couriers and track documentation
- Collect and distribute post on set floors, building relations with staff
- Also cover the courier desk as and when required - Greeting couriers and deliveries
- Have a good eye for detail and accuracy to recall when important documents were received and the logistics of their delivery
- Basic computer skills to be able to reply to email requests and order
- Ability to update and maintain Excel spreadsheet
This is an ongoing temp requirement to cover holidays and sickness
Hourly Pay Rate £10.50
