Job description

An excellent opportunity for a Post Room Clerk to work within this global Investment company based in the City

Main duties will be to

  • Provide an excellent customer service to all internal staff and external suppliers
  • Providing an efficient and reliable postal service globally
  • Liaise with couriers and track documentation
  • Collect and distribute post on set floors, building relations with staff
  • Also cover the courier desk as and when required - Greeting couriers and deliveries
  • Have a good eye for detail and accuracy to recall when important documents were received and the logistics of their delivery
  • Basic computer skills to be able to reply to email requests and order
  • Ability to update and maintain Excel spreadsheet

This is an ongoing temp requirement to cover holidays and sickness

Hourly Pay Rate £10.50
