My client, a leading fashion and luxury Image business are looking for a Production Accounting Assistant to join their team in the City. Your role will involve working closely with all members of the Production Accounting team with billings and other day-to-day operations. This role is suited for someone who has at least a years' experience in a billing role previously and is immediately available.

Duties:

• Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of invoices
• Assisting with reconciling projects and raising sales orders
• Assisting with client queries - updating billing details, POs, tax details
• Assisting with production revenue reconciliations
• Assisting with month end and allocating payments
• Ad hoc support to Production accounting team

Skills and Attributes:

• 1 years' experience of billing (essential)
• Excel Savvy
• Knowledge of NetSuite (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Organised and able to prioritise own workload
• Great in person, social, with excellent communication skills
