About the Company

Our client is a International Fashion Industry Leader who prides themselves on delivering a high standard and quality products to their clients. Due to internal growth within the business, they are currently seeking and experienced Production Accounting Assistant for their Head office and Production site in the City.

Profile:

The successful applicant will be working closely with all members of the production accounting team. They will be assisting them in day-to-day operations, mainly billing, so previous experience would be an advantage.

Duties:

• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of invoices
• Assisting with reconciling projects and raising sales orders
• Assisting with client queries - updating billing details, POs, tax details
• Assisting with production revenue reconciliations
• Assisting with month end and allocating payments
• Ad hoc support to Production accounting team

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience of billing (desirable)
• High level of numeracy
• Excellent IT skills with particularly strong skills on Excel
• Knowledge of NetSuite (desirable)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Organised and able to prioritise own workload
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
