An interesting and varied Project Accountant opportunity is currently available within the head office of a construction/ Agricultural company in London. This is a newly created position within their supportive and friendly accounting team.

The key focus of this role is to provide accounting support for projects within the organisation. Working closely with the management team, the Project Accountant will be responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts for new and existing projects, conducting financial analysis and management reporting. The Project Accountant will also play a vital role to improve and streamline the financial processes to support future growth of the business. The role will give the successful individual the opportunity to work across the business, dealing with the Directors, Project Managers as well as finance colleagues alike.

To be considered for this role you possess the following:

• Qualified- ACA/ CA/ CIMA/ ACCA OR ACT
• Treasury experience is a must
• Immediate
• Advanced understanding of excel
• Sound understanding of financial ledger and reporting systems
• High level of numeracy and accuracy with a proven ability to analyse and interpret data
