Job description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist / customer services / administrator to support this friendly professional services company based in Colchester
You will be first point of contact and provide front of house reception duties.
Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering telephone queries and directing to the right member of staff
Admin duties will also be required to ensure the car park spaces are logged and booked accurately
Adhoc admin duties to the team
Ensure that the reception area is maintained and kept clean and tidy
Show visitors to meeting room and provide teas/ coffee
You should have
