Receptionist, Arabic Speaker
An exciting opportunity to work with this high networth financial company based in SW1. You will be fluent in Arabic to speak with visitors / clients and internal staff members. Ensuring the reception area is maintained to the highest standards
Duties to include
- Providing a welcoming Front of House in professional and courteous manner
- Provide secretarial and admin support to department managers
- Answer the telephone switchboard and deal with enquiries
- Adhoc support with projects within the company
- Preparing presentations
- Marketing distributions
- Facilities issues
- Event management
- Stationary replenishments
- General administrative duties as requested by Senior Management
Duration 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Salary: £25k - £27K
