I am URGENTLY looking for a Recruitment Officer (internal or agency) for a rapidly growing business in Southampton. This Recruitment Officer will be 50% baased in the office with the rest from home.

The successful person will carry the full 360 recruitment process from start to finish.

Salary for the Recruitment Officer will be determined based on experience but open to those from 1 years consecuative onwards.

Duties include:

• Acting as the point of contact with external specialists.
• Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure full brading of the positions and the company are utilised.
• Attending external recruitment fairs to maximise attraction.
• Oversee all social media
• Act as the HR representative in recruitment interviews.
