Job description
As a Rewards Manager you will help navigate the firm through the design,m delivery & implementation of the department. This newly created Rewards Manager position would suit someone with a Financial Service background. A Rewards Manager who is able to work independently and juggle multiple requirments whilst ensuring compliance and regulations are sufficiently carried out. The Rewards Manager will work closely with EMEA operations in defining a Reward Strategy and subsequent Reward process flows for the global business.
* Primary contact point for employees
* Operate and delivery workflows that are in keeping with the regulatory landscape and which are auditable.
* Help define, delivery and implement job architecture.
* Own the EMEA salary survey benchmarking process
* Work in partnership with associates for on going developments.
