Software company based in Leatherhead are looking for a Sales Administrator with working knowledge of Salesforce.

  • Reviewing all customer orders, ensuring they are fully compliant with internal and legal T&Cs and that the orders are fully documented by the Sales team.
  • Managing the delivery of the products through portal and by sending physical hardware
  • Answering internal ordering issues raised by the sales team through the bookings help-desk
  • Ensuring correct recording and reporting of the delivery of services (Advisory/Consultancy etc)
  • Completing online portals & new supplier forms
  • Data entry into Salesforce
  • Contract administration for back office
  • Supporting Account Managers
