Duties Include-

• Pro-Actively Drive revenue to achieve quarterly targets
• Utilise multiple sales and marketing channels methods to identify a strong pipeline of new business
• Give tours of the space and provide detailed quotes
• Continuously develop client relationships and increase retention by providing post event care
• Work with external clients and members to package specific event requirements
• Manage the event space diary ensuring accurate information is always available
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work closely with in house operations teams of each venue to ensure event briefing sheets are understood and events delivered to an exceptional standard
• Carry out continuous competitor analysis, benchmarking our offer on price and quality
• Monitor and evaluate all Key Performance Indicators
• Copy write and market all Event venues

Key Criteria-

• London event sales and delivery experience essential
• Proven track record of converting sales
• Knowledge and experience of outreach / lead generating activity
• Strong team player
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strategic and proactive thinker
• Organised and able to manage own time effectively
• Proficient in all Microsoft Packages
• Knowledge of CRM/Event Management systems desirable
• Great copy writing skills and english
