Job description
Reporting into the UK Management Team, this is a key position in the day to day running of the business.
As a Sales Support Associate your key responsibilities will be:
- Handling telephone and email enquiries from Clients and IFAs
- Running AML checks
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to our teams in UK & France
- Ensuring sales pipeline is kept up to date
- Attending sales meetings and reporting on activity
- Delivering data and status reports for previous week's/month's activity
- Contributing to the product sign off process
- Client calls, Internet research & other sources for relevant target contacts
- Contacting 'Potential UK IFA Clients' by phone and email
- Driving business through lead generation to the Senior UK Team members
- Maintaining and updating the sales database
- Keeping track of sales targets
- Scheduling client meetings
- Handling valuation requests
As a Sales Support Associate you will need to:
- Have the ability to demonstrate success within a Sale Support/Client Service role would be highly advantageous
- Have previous Financial Services knowledge from either a wrap platform of SIPP provider background would be a distinct benefit
- Ideally the candidate will be a graduate, although this is not essential
- To be self-motivated, methodical and well organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Have experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word , Powerpoint)
- Have experienced with Salesforce CRM system, Thompson Reuters EIKON, Super Derivatives would be a bonus
- Be able to prioritise and execute tasks from concept through to completion
- Have excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Have a strong ability to multi-task across a wide range of activity
- Be logical and efficient, with a high level of attention to detail
- Have strong commitment to providing excellent client service
- Have the ability to maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude within a pressured environment
