Senior HR Business Partner | Chiswick | Circa £70K

My Client a Global TV Production firm are on the hunt for a strategic, yet transactional Senior HR Business Partner to join their team of 500 employees on a permanent basis.

The Client
The Client are a Global Media firm with presence internationally, including in the US. They are looking for a talented Senior HR Business Partner. The Role

• You will act as a trusted advisor to the senior executives and their leadership teams.
• You must develop pragmatic and robust solutions to HR issues.
• You will contribute both on the strategic and challenging level.
• You will also provide guidance and coaching to the HR advisor.

The Candidate - HR BP
The ideal candidate will have exposure in a Global firm, preferably in the Media / Creative sector. You must be CIPD qualified, and well-versed in the current UK law.
As a Senior HR Business Partner you must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and prior experience of business partnering with a demanding client group in a fast-paced matrix environment
