Supplier Relations Coordinator - 3 Month FTC
I am looking for Immediately available candidates for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing Marketing Global firm initially on a 3 Month FTC.
The Company:

The role:
- Fielding new vendor solicitations and filtering appropriately
- Manage periodical supplier evaluations, audits and certification
- Monitor AP practices, work with accounting to ensure suppliers' questions are being answered and issues being resolved
- Proactively identify and present additional supplier solutions to continuously support KMMS to grow and generate account revenue
- Ensuring suppliers' concerns are heard and addressed on a day-to-day basis
- Perform quality audits and inspections
- Work closely with Category Managers to develop and maintain the supplier base
- Work with key stakeholders to resolve issues in the supplier community
- Roll-out and maintain supplier agreements
- Ability to work with little to no direct supervision while still being part of a team
- Consistently exceed vendor expectations and provide high quality service to vendors
- 2+ years of sourcing and purchasing experience
- Experience on supplier onboarding, audits and quality inspections
- Knowledge of procurement systems and master data
- Precise, structured and target oriented executioner, good communicator and team player
- Additional Languages - French or German would be Ideal.
- Preferable bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain or engineering

- Procurement Operations Exposure - Helpdesk & PO Management
- Professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
- Contacting clients and suppliers to solve overdue deliveries.
- PO management: Processing SC's, creating PO's, performing changes and informing parties involved.
- Processing invoices with exceptions.
- Policy/Process Documentation Management for supplier creation.
- Creating customer Master Data: Creating supplier, Enter, modify and update master data from various entities across Europe.
