My client an established bank based in the city are looking to expand their team with the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Associate. This role will be at the forefront of sourcing, selection and recruitment predominantly at London HQ, aswell as across Europe. £250 day rate - plus bonus and benefits


As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Directly accountable for the engagement and effective overall management of staff including recruitment, compensation, performance management, coaching and development
  • Building key relationships with stakeholders across the Bank
  • Sourcing of staff and leading recruitment strategy across all geographical locations Developing a wide range of sourcing strategies in line with the variety of the roles the Bank is hiring in abid to attract high calibre talent
  • Designing and managing programmes and frameworks to facilitate employee exchanging, secondments and internships
  • Leading large-scale recruitment events on behalf of the Bank to target suitable talent pools
  • Developing social media and marketing strategy in order to build and maintain a network of professional relationships in order to yield the best talent
  • Understand working in a complex, matrix environment
  • Constantly evaluate interview technical and behavioural competencies


The ideal Talent Acquisition Associate, will have:

  • Strong communication skills, with ability to proactively build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • 5+ years' experience recruiting at a variety of levels in the Financial sector on an International scale
