My Client, a Global IT Consultancy with offices globally, are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join their team, due to rapid growth and a busy work load.

The Role

• Permanent candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Utilising internal processes and tools to support hiring permanent staff members.
• Effective stakeholder management, liaising with hiring managers to establish job definition, short listing and interviewing suitable candidates.
• Identifying and removing potential blockers in process, offer negotiation and on-going relationship management with clients and candidates.

• Technology knowledge - Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at client company.
• Relationship Building - intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with your candidates.
