Job description

A great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join this Financial Services client, will be a pivotal team player and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. The role is responsible for creating and executing sourcing strategies for management and leadership roles for the organisation. In addition to owning and leading the relationships with the designated Senior Manager, they will also have a high-level overview of the recruitment activity in their aligned client areas through working closely with the other members of the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic talent acquisition advisory services
  • Full end-to-end recruitment of technical talent for EMEA
  • Build strong relationships with senior management and hiring managers to establish hiring needs
  • Be a strategic expert establishing plans and determine strategies that redefine the best way to recruit for diverse talent
  • Report to Senior Director, Acquisition & Onboard
  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities
  • Managing roles from Associate Director level to above
  • Advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting Senior level
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing trends and interest in customer experience
  • Strong organisational skills, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building or scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure
  • A positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to your work
