HR Team Administrator | £28,000 | City of London


My Client, the UK's largest corporate accountancy firm are on the hunt for a talented, organised Team Administrator to join their HR team of 5 on a permanent basis.

The Role
As a Team Administrator, you will provide vital administration support to the HR team and to the Firm as a whole.

  • Providing efficient diary management to the Head of HR Operations
  • Preparing and distributing documents and reports
  • Administering staff rewards and benefits
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Updating the HR system
  • Arranging staff training
  • Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding administration

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills with strong eye for detail. This role is not a HR Administrator - purely somebody with good skills, willing to work in a fast paced demanding environment.
You should have good system skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
