  • Manage inbound client queries (phone and email/web) regarding any part of the international transfer process - including online support, account administration, compliance queries, specific payment issues
  • Take ownership of queries through to resolution; liaising internally with other departments where necessary
  • Provide a high level of service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to System/technical troubleshooting
  • Communicate clearly to colleagues across various departments, and work with team members to ensure expected service level standards are adhered to
  • Provide clients with Statements as requested
  • Educate the customers where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts
  • Update client records when necessary
  • Support clients to provide Onward Payment Instructions (OPIs) to facilitate a smooth execution of the transaction
  • Contact clients to request settlement of trades (spot, forward and options), deposits and premiums
  • Advise clients of profits and losses caused from the close out of trade and collect funds accordingly
  • Request variation margin from clients to assist de-risk offside FX positions
  • Support efficient cash flow and treasury management
