Job description
The Trade Support Executive is responsible for client support, offering a single point of contact for all clients across both Private and Corporate client base and assisting with all post trade queries. Handling incoming enquiries and delivering an exceptional level of service whilst ensuring relationships are maintained with client base and internal stakeholders.
Main responsibilities will include;
- Manage inbound client queries (phone and email/web) regarding any part of the international transfer process - including online support, account administration, compliance queries, specific payment issues
- Take ownership of queries through to resolution; liaising internally with other departments where necessary
- Provide a high level of service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to System/technical troubleshooting
- Communicate clearly to colleagues across various departments, and work with team members to ensure expected service level standards are adhered to
- Provide clients with Statements as requested
- Educate the customers where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts
- Update client records when necessary
- Support clients to provide Onward Payment Instructions (OPIs) to facilitate a smooth execution of the transaction
- Contact clients to request settlement of trades (spot, forward and options), deposits and premiums
- Advise clients of profits and losses caused from the close out of trade and collect funds accordingly
- Request variation margin from clients to assist de-risk offside FX positions
- Support efficient cash flow and treasury management
To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have previous client services experience and if possible knowledge of the FX markets
