KennedyPearce are currently recruiting a Transactional Finance Manager on behalf of a national media company based in London.

This role is reporting directly into the Head of Group Finance. You will have 7 direct reports and must have experience in managing a team previously. As the Transactional Finance Manager you will manage and assist the sales ledger and purchase ledger teams.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the UK transactional Finance Function:Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Rights Ledger
• Treasury, cashbook maintenance and cashflow forecasting
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the UK transactional Finance Function
• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Bank and Cash reconciliations
• Bank Admin

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, ACMA (or equivalent); or QBE
• Essential Knowledge and Experience of
• practical transactional processing
• team leadership
• VAT compliance
• Bank liaison
• Interpersonal & Management skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the business and provide clear guidance to non-financial stakeholders
• Fast and accurate, strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and judgement skills
• Good oral and written communication skills

This role is paying up to £50,000pa.
