KennedyPearce Timeline

The idea of KenendyPearce was born out of an idea thought up in a pub in South London one sunny Wednesday afternoon in 2005. The rest as they say is history…

2006 – KennedyPearce officially founded by Andrew Kennedy & Stephen Pearce from a “Shoe box” office in Cannon Street.

The Gherkin2007 – Moved into The Gherkin in 2007 – a real bold move and a statement of intent

Lehman Brother Collapse2008 – KennedyPearce launches its new FS division …”a fun time to create a financial services division!” We like a challenge.

2009 – The team begins to grow and take shape with 3 major divisions, over 20 consultants and several support staff.

CompanyTeam2010 – The first “Client Charity 5 aside tournament”. Now a recognised London wide Charity event with places in high demand.

fasttrack-rec2011 – Awarded a Virgin Fast Track award and recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK.

2012 – Executive Support Launched to focus on appointments within the HR and support space.

Candidate Advice2013 – Established their Head office from 50 St Mary Axe

2015 – Major acquisition of Gel appointments as the growth of the business continues
