Job description

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join a busy Finance team on a full-time maternity cover contract starting February 2026, with the possibility for the role to become permanent. This position is 100% office-based in Greenford. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your finance career in a supportive and professional environment.

You will be responsible for managing the sales ledger and credit control processes, processing sales invoices and credit notes accurately, and maintaining high levels of attention to detail. You will also support the Finance team with day-to-day operations and communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding account queries.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in credit control and sales ledger management, be proficient in processing invoices and credit notes, and possess excellent numeracy and communication skills. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a professional approach are essential for this role.

This full-time role is Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus a full range of benefits including enhanced annual leave, free on-site parking, staff discounts on products, and much more.
