Job description

I'm currently partnered with an international private bank, based in Mayfair, who are looking to hire a Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Analyst on a permanent basis.

Presenting a proactive Client Onboarding / KYC Analyst, with a fantastic opportunity to develop their skills and support the Head of Client LM.

Offering a competitive salary up to £50,000 alongside great benefits including discretionary bonus and private medical cover. One thing to note is that this role does require you to be in the office 5 days a week, but there is flexible hours!

Main responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining e-banking access for clients.
  • Updating the banking systems for new client account openings and throughout the client lifecycle e.g., changes in authorised signatories, periodic review changes, updates to client risk assessment factors, closures etc.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and departments, to maintain internal

Ideally you will be or have…

  • At least 1 year of previous work experience in a Private Bank, Investment Bank or Financial Services environment where you have worked with complex clients.
  • Knowledge and experience of onboarding, client documentation reviews and the end-to-end lifecycle process.
  • Strong communication / relationship building skills and a collaborative nature.
