Job description

Our Client seeks a Client Support Administrator to provide support to the team for individual / private client and tax compliance services, liaising with tax authorities, overseas partner firms and clients daily.

Duties of the Client Support Administrator include:

  • Opening and scanning post, dealing with any open items, and passing to relevant person
  • Answering the telephone
  • Organising diaries
  • Dealing with suppliers and ordering stationery
  • Welcoming clients and organising tea/coffee etc for meetings
  • Dealing with couriers and sending out post
  • Contacting IT support / landlord agents to deal with any office related issues
  • Keep marketing lists up to date
  • Assisting with social media
  • Calling HMRC for tasks including
  • Completing and submitting HMRC forms / applications, including
  • Managing UTR list / HMRC Agent Portal
  • Client ID checks / use of Veriphy software
  • Issue professional clearance letters
  • Completion of engagement letters for new clients
  • Dealing with overseas offices regarding fee quotes
  • Maintaining overseas office contact lists
  • Assisting with conferences / seminars
  • Obtaining foreign exchange rates
  • Simple calculations
  • Short term business visitor reporting
  • Setting up US workpaper PDF files
  • Ad-hoc duties

The Client Support Administrator may be required to carry out any other duties within reason as requested Senior Management Team. The successful candidate would need excellent communication skills, be highly organised and able to multitask.

This role can is offered on either a full time or part time basis.
