Early Careers Administrator

Up to £35,000

Our client - a leading accountancy and business advisory firm with offices throughout the UK are now looking to bring in an Early Careers Administrator to join their busy and expanding Careers team where you will be working closely with the Early Careers Manager in terms of attracting, developing and retaining talent.

This is a busy and incredibly varied role based in the heart of the City where you will be focussing on the administration of their recruitment and L&D activities.

Your responsibilities as the Early Careers Administrator will include:

  • Allocate buddies, training managers and oversee monthly meetings
  • Review training files, monitor progress and chase accordingly
  • Organise membership to relevant bodies including organising payments
  • Supporting the Early Careers Manager with managing the recruitment portal for all trainee applications and reviewing applications as necessary
  • Setting new candidates up for psychometric testing and tracking/recording results
  • Assist with Trainee Assessment Days by conducting one-to-one interviews with candidates
  • Support Trainee initiatives/events as necessary
  • Drafting & issuing all trainee new starter documentation
  • Facilitating the probation review process with the relevant HR Assistant

The successful Early Careers Administrator will have the following skills/experience:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant Early Careers and L&D experience
  • High level of education
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with an ability to progress a number of tasks simultaneously
  • Solid administrative experience, ideally within Professional Services
  • A confident communicator, able to deal comfortably and credibly with staff at all levels
