Job description

A highly professional and dedicated Senior Executive Assistant is required to support the Group CEO of this Global Consultancy company based in the London West End
Working alongside another Senior Executive Assistant. This role requires a team player with the ability to work independently and use their initiative, proactively dealing with all levels of people, tasks and situations. You will be used to juggling multiple priorities, and enjoy working in a fast-pace environment using your excellent organisational skills.

Main Duties

  • Manage complex diaries across a number of time zones. Advanced MS Outlook essential.

    * Managing the mailbox and answering multiple phone lines and taking messages,

    * Arrange both internal and external meetings and when required collate and issue agendas.

    * Extensive and complex domestic and international travel, accommodation and visa arrangements. * Complex expense submission and management.

    * Administration tasks such as printing of confidential documents as well as shredding.

    * Supplying beverages as requested.

    * Building strong relationships with all levels across the entire global Group

    * Liaise with EA/PA's across the commercial divisions

    * Flexibility to cover senior EA's absence, as and when required.

  • Commitment to role, as demonstrated by willingness and flexibility to support the Group CEO where at times it may be necessary for the individual to work reasonable additional hours in order to satisfy the duties and responsibilities of the position

Location: London W1

Office Based: 5 days in

Hourly Pay Rate: £38.00 - £40.00 plus accrued holiday pay
