Job description
A global medical supplier based in surrey is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team.
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for :
- Processing the orders
- Allocation of stock
- Following up with customers about payment of their invoices.
- Sending statements
- Booking deliveries and collections
- Customer communication. Providing any required information to the customers by telephone and electronically
- Invoicing all orders in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service and Cash Collection
- Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Very good written and spoken English
