Job description

A global medical supplier based in surrey is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team.

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for :

  • Processing the orders
  • Allocation of stock
  • Following up with customers about payment of their invoices.
  • Sending statements
  • Booking deliveries and collections
  • Customer communication. Providing any required information to the customers by telephone and electronically
  • Invoicing all orders in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service and Cash Collection
  • Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Very good written and spoken English
