An rare and exciting role for an experienced hands-on Finance Director has arisen at a high growth phase tech company. You will lead a small well-established finance team and be tasked with ownership of the full finance function as well as being required to enhance processes and evolve how the team works to support the business growth. They are looking for a progressive forward-thinking individual who is technically strong with great people skills and has experience of working in a faced paced SME environment.

Key duties include

• Review and improvement of all core finance processes
• Oversight of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Oversight of monthly management accounts
• Management of the group budgeting and forecasting process
• Team management and development
• Business Partnering and Stakeholder management
• Strategic support to the CEO and COO
• Presentation of board reports

Experience required

• A recognised accounting qualification
• Experience of working within a high-growth SME background
• People management and development
• Strong communication skills
• Experience of finance process improvement
