The Role:

• Full ownership of UK accounts
• Processing all entries unaided in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Monthly management accounts preparation
• VAT returns for parent and subsidiary companies
• Monthly accruals, prepayment and monthly depreciation journals
• Liaising with third parties
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Working closely with the finance team in the US
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Setting up and registering new companies (Companies House, VAT)
• Confirmation statement submission
• Assisting with annual accounts preparation
• BACS payments
• Payroll submission, review and processing
• Pension declaration of compliance submission
• Working extensively with Excel, streamlining and automating processes where possible

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager
• Ideally used Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Qualified/ QBE/ SME experience
