Retail Organisation seeks a Finance Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. The Finance Manager will manage all financial and accounting activities, managing a team of 3

Duties of the Finance Manager include:

• Delivering monthly consolidated management accounts
• Managing the statutory accounting process and responsible for delivering the audit
• Responsible for the treasury, cash flow forecasting and management
• Creating and reviewing all internal processes and controls to ensure efficiency
• Managing all tax reporting and structuring both locally and internationally
• Driving policy adherence; recommending operational efficiency as well as tracking and implementing solutions
• Ensuring that as the company grows, applicable controls and metrics remain adequate
• Managing a team of 3
• Involved with ad-hoc projects assigned by the senior leadership

Requirements for the Finance Manager include:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA)
• Experience of IFRS and UK accounting standards
• SAGE accounting systems
• Advanced MS Excel user
• Excellent communicator, understands and responds to the differing communication styles and preferences of key stakeholders
• Operates with a commercial approach to HR and a solid awareness of how own actions will be perceived and received by the wider business
• High levels of attention to detail
• Retail or property experience would be advantageous
