Job description

A well established software company based in the heart of London are seeking an experienced Finance Manager.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure the business consistently meets a high level of robustness and always maintains a state of due diligence readiness
  • Monitoring the internal control framework and proactively work with the business to improve the framework
  • Review, design and streamline the transactional accounting systems and processes
  • Managing the Operational Finance team ensuring the team is developed, motivated and the review process is completed on a timely basis
  • Effectively managing the AP & AR functions, ensuring that all invoices and transactions are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Managing the Groups credit card facility ensuring the business has the required cards available and that individual and total credit limits are monitored and maintained
  • Develop and maintain a Group 13-week cash forecast and generate weekly cash collection targets

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) or Qualified by experience
  • Works effectively under pressure, suited to a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility for delivering to timescales. Hands on approach.
  • People management experience and able to train, develop and motivate more junior members of the team
  • Personable, with a positive outlook and able to communicate up and down the organisational structure

The role will pay up to £70,000, as well as offering a hybrid model and generous benefits.
