A rapidly growing renewable energy company based in Holborn are recruiting for a financial accountant on a 6 month fixed-term contract to join their head office team.

The role will be working closely with the group finance team to support the financial operations specifically in relation to the balance sheet and P&L.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Processing journal entries
• Supporting in the preparation of statutory accounts
• Month-end close

Required qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Previous experience in a financial reporting role
• Strong grasp of accounting standards including IFRS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
