A well-established PE backed business services company based in Central London are recruiting for a FP&A Manager to join their Group Head Office function. This is an integral position responsible for supporting the monthly reporting, forecasting cycle and analysis for the senior management team as well as their private equity partner.

• Monthly flash reporting
• Analysis of quarterly reporting pack for investors
• Working alongside business units to produce monthly reviews
• Business planning for the group including long-term budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Long-term financial planning
• Ongoing improvement of reporting and analysis through leveraging new tools and technologies
• Ad-hoc analysis of group results
• Project analysis

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified accountant - CIMA, ACCA or ACA
• Experience within a FP&A or business partnering position
• A first-class communicator with strong influencing skills
• A high-level of MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Hyperion experience would be advantageous
