We have an exciting role for an experienced Fund Accountant to join the finance team of one of the market's leading Fund Administrators. You will need to be a fully qualified accountant with significant experience of working in the investment industry, ideally with Capital Markets/Alternatives although other classes will be considered. You will also need broader skills including stakeholder management and excellent communication, oversight as well as financial reporting. This is an important role in the company and requires a very high-calibre accountant.

Top line duties will include:

• Ownership of a client portfolio
• Set up and control of fund structures
• Extensive financial analysis
• Extensive business partnering and stakeholder management
• Overseeing junior members of the finance team

Experience required

• A recognised accounting qualification
• Experience in the investment industry as a fund accountant - ideally alternatives
• Strong Excel
• eFront experience is desirable
• Excellent communication skills are essential
