An exciting role for an experienced Head of Finance has arisen at a fast-growing fintech business. You will lead a small established finance team and be tasked with ownership of the full finance function as well as being required to enhance processes and evolve how the team works to support the business growth. They are looking for a progressive forward thinking individual who is technically strong with great people skills.

Key duties include:

• Assuming Full Ownership of Finance including:
• Oversight of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Oversight of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Management of the Audit process
• Team management and development
• Business Partnering and Stakeholder management
• Tracking the financial status and performance to ensure cash flow stability
• Strategic support to the CEO and COO
• Presentation of board reports to ExCO
• Drive change and process improvements and efficiencies

Experience required

• People management and development
• Experience of working within an SME background
• A recognised accounting qualification
• Strong communication skills
• Strong system and excel skills
