Job description

I URGENTLY require a HR Assistant to join a global professional services business operating out of their London offices in the city.

Duties include:

  • Providing support and assistance to the Human Resources team in respect of all core annual core HR processes
  • Execute key HR processes and administration including new starters, absence, probations, employee changes and leavers, including drafting relevant paperwork such as contracts and termination letters ready for second eye checks by the Associate HRBP, HRBP and/or Head of Human Resources as appropriate
  • Create and update written processes, as necessary, under the direction of the HR Business Partner or Head of HR, as appropriate
  • Update and maintain all HR systems on a timely basis, whilst filing any relevant records in electronic format
  • Respond to Glassdoor reviews on a weekly basis in line with the response matrix provided by the HR Business Partner, escalating where appropriate
  • Maintain the HR Intranet page and ensure all content is relevant and up to date
  • Ensure all HR comms and relevant documentation are posted on the Intranet as directed by the Head of HR or HR Business Partner

This role will suit someone at the start of their HR career. A professional with 1 years (MAX) HR experience, financial services, recruitment or similar is desirable but not essential. This is a fast pace environment so this will be for someone who enjoys that pace and seeking a career in HR.
