Job description

Our client, an Online Training company, are looking for a dynamic individual to join them in their London Offices. As Office Manager you will be responsible for the exceptional running of the office as well as providing personal support to two senior managers. The perfect candidate is an experienced, organised and driven Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact and providing reception duties
  • Provide first class customer service support to our clients visiting the office
  • Liaising with the on-site Facilities and IT teams to ensure the smooth running of technical and office-based equipment
  • Ordering all office supplies and new starter equipment as part of the onboarding process
  • Using excellent communication skills in order to support teams with desk bookings and ensuring all written documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Working collaboratively with other key stakeholders in the central team to organise events in the office when required
  • Pro-active diary management for two senior leaders juggling multiple priorities
  • Administrative support from letter writing to setting up zoom or face to face meetings
  • Organise travel arrangements and itinerary when required
