Office Manager / PA - £45,000 - £55,000

Our client who is a Boutique but Global Investment firm have an exciting opening for an Office Manager / PA to join their growing team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel and accommodation both domestically and internationally
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post / deliveries / couriers
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Overseeing, agreeing and supervising contracts and providers for services including cleaning, catering and technology
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Organising team events
  • Collating and filing expenses
