This is a permanent position, Based in the Grantham.
As an Programme Development Executive will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing a commercially viable and sustainable programme of training courses, working with providers from conception to delivery and liaising closely with the Training Co-ordinator and Head of Education & Professional Development
Key Responsibilities for Programme Development Executive:
Scoping out and evaluating the market for new courses, understanding the new trends from the competitors
Identifying the most appropriate formats for new lessons to deliver the best experience and ROI
Ensuring the commercial viability of all new courses and creating budgets
Identifying whether a topic is best covered by a short course or qualification
Working with external providers on the identification and delivery of off-the-shelf courses
Developing strong relationships with community leadership groups and stakeholders
Updating the course to keep up to date
Recruit appropriate tutors/trainers for all courses
Create marketing plans for all courses and liaise with relevant teams for promotion
Desirable Skills:
Experience with business development
Good IT skills
Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing with a variety of audiences
Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage time effectively across multiple projects
Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion on time, using initiative
Knowledge and hands on experience within a training environment
Technical knowledge in MMM or other related STEM discipline
Marketing experience
This is a permanent position paying £28,000 - £35,000 + Hybrid working based Grantham.
