A great opportunity has developed today for an experienced Compensation Manager. The role can either based in one of their offices in Hampshire or open to remote working for the right person.

The primary focus for the Compensation Manager is the Planning, Designing and evaluation of employee compensation programmes. The Compensation Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key suppliers whilst ensuring that programmes deliver a good return on investment.

Key Responsibilities for the Compensation Manager but not subject to include,

- Manage the delivery of compensation activities, market research and incentives.
- Undertake annual benchmarking with salary survey providers, to ensure salary ranges and total compensation aligns with the relevant market.
- Design and delivery of HR and other related compensation programmes
- Create new comp programmes and offerings
- Support the design, delivery and ongoing oversight of the recognition programme.
