Are you a seasoned credit control professional with a track record of managing high-volume, multi-site ledgers?
Our client, a well-established leisure and retail brand based in Central London, is seeking an Interim Senior Credit Controller to join their finance team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation at a critical time of growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong cash flow.
Manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts across multiple sites and revenue streams.
Monitor aged debt and implement effective strategies to reduce outstanding balances.
Act as the main point of contact for escalated accounts and complex queries.
Collaborate closely with internal departments including Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare and present regular reports on debtor performance and risk to senior stakeholders.
Assist in the development and improvement of credit policies and procedures.
About You:
Proven experience in a Senior Credit Controller or Credit Manager role.
Ideally worked within a multi-site environment such as Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of credit risk and debtor management in high-volume environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage key relationships.
Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, commercially driven business.
Proficient in Excel and credit control systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.)
