Typical responsibilities for Trade Support roles include:
Supporting front office trading teams across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives
Accurately capturing and booking trades in internal systems
Investigating and resolving trade discrepancies and breaks in coordination with middle and back office
Liaising with brokers, counterparties, and clearing houses to ensure timely trade confirmation and settlement
Monitoring trade flow and ensuring trades are processed within regulatory deadlines
Reconciling trades between front office, operations, and third-party systems
Assisting with trade amendments, cancellations, and life cycle events
Supporting regulatory reporting and control processes
Ensuring adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and market regulations
Collaborating with technology and operations teams for system enhancements and UAT testing
