• Accounts Payable Team Leader reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager
• 2 days in the office with flexible working

Main responsibilities

• Overseeing, mentoring & developing team members; including managing day-to-day activities & workload, assessing performance & conducting performance reviews;
• Liaising with the business to ensure timely approval of invoices & efficient payment of suppliers taking into consideration terms;
• Coding and inputting a high volume of multicurrency invoices for stock
• Assisting with PO matching & associated queries
• Overseeing daily multi-currency payment proposals & Ad Hoc Payments
• New supplier creation in Dynamics AX
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Responsible for key suppliers
• Dealing with internal and external queries with a timely resolution
• Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with any other ad hoc projects as required.

Th ideal candidate will have:

• A few years experience in AP within a Retail/ wholesale industry
