An exciting opportunity has become available working as an Accounts Assistant for a housing and property company.
They are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Administrator to join their Accounts team and assist in all duties as listed below.
- Assist with Administration within the Finance team
- Processing Utility Company invoices and Updating records.
- Processing Credit Card Payments.
- Recording cheque payments and other banking
- Checking supplier statements
- Processing Interest on bank accounts
- Petty cash control
- Chasing contractors' insurance documents
- Ad hoc duties as required
Experience and skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and welcoming attitude
- Good numeracy and mathematics skills
- Good IT skills especially around Microsoft Office
- Experience within a Accounts Assistant/Administrator role previously
This is a permanent, full-time role. Monday to Friday in the office 8:30am - 5:00pm. Paying £28,000 per annum based in Fulham/Putney.
